# Get a vehicle

> One spawned vehicle, by its id or its plate. Handy for plate checks.

> Live data. Answers `503 server_offline` while nobody is in the server.

**vehicle** `string` *required*

The vehicle's `id` (like `v4`) or its plate (like `HWP-104`). Plates aren't case sensitive.

Returns the same object as one entry of [List vehicles](https://apidocs.eraus.gg/api/vehicles.md), or `404 not_found` when no spawned vehicle has that id or plate.
